28 WYOMING ARCHITECTURE .15 | www.aia-wyoming.org O n October 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2015 the AIAWyoming Annual Fall Conference returned to Casper. Members of local firms joined with others around the state on the conference planning team to feature a conference themed around the blurred lines between artist and architect, illustrating the endless possibilities of integrating design elements from both professions. The conference provided opportunities to learn, enhance and creatively explore the interconnections of art and architecture through the presentations from innovative local and national Artists and Architects who distort the line between the professions. The event was hosted at Art 321 in the Old Yellowstone District, which is a newly repurposed art venue in Casper and is a trendy urban art gallery that provided the perfect location and backdrop for the art and archi- tecture themed conference. A tour of the Art 321 building was included. Dozens of exhibitors and sponsors supported the conference. AIA Wyoming Annual Fall Conference BY LYLE MURTHA, AIA, CONFERENCE PLANNING TEAM CHAIR
