37 N a tional Architecture Week was celebrated in Casper with a lecture given by Architect Lyle Murtha, AIA. About twenty people gathered at State- line Architects’ office to hear Lyle describe the charrette process and development of the design for Casper’s new downtown outdoor events driven plaza, David Street Station. The project is slated to be the first of its type in the state.
