Other loca- tions of activities included the Spring Hill Suites Marriott, the Town Enclosure at the Center for the Arts, and the office of the Carney Logan Burke Architects. The theme and concept of the conference was Design for Wellness. As architects and designers, we are responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of the people in our communities and around the world. Our designs have the power to diminish or enhance the health of our clients as well as the local environment. Come learn how to apply a diverse array of practices, products, and research from leading experts such as Dr. Brent Bauer, Medical Director of the Mayo Clinic's Well Living Lab and Paula Baker Laporte, FAIA, a natural building practitioner.
