Rochelle Gateway Center is a multi-use fa- cility, designed to be a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certified building containing many sustainable design components. This tour allowed participants to observe the installation of these components in use. In addition, this facility has very complicated MEP and AV/Data systems. The tour explained how the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) helped reduce conflicts as these systems competed for space, as well as giving the participant the ability to physically see how the conflicts were resolved. Fi- nally, this tour provided insight into many code related issues, and the integration of unique, high-tech digital systems in museum quality environment. b UWMarian H. Rochelle Gateway Center Ivinson Memorial Hospital - Medical Office Building I n July of 2015 the TreanorHL design and Haselden Construction team was engaged to assist Ivinson Memorial Hospital with the implementation of IMH’s strategy to raise the bar for the level of outpatient services provided in the greater Laramie area. The new outpatient services center now provides a higher level of efficiency for IMH operationally while meeting the IMH goal to provide customers with a continuum of care that truly benefits both patients and the greater Lara- mie community. The outpatient service center provides a platform in which IMH can fully inte- grate primary care services with multiple special- ists in a collaborative working environment. The patient, family, and staff centric design approach has fulfilled an IMH goal to offer customers high value, convenience, and high-quality healthcare. The Haselden Construction, Ivinson Facilities, Providers, and Administration team, together with TreanorHL were able to deliver a design and construct this multi-phased project with 22,500sf of new space and 15,000sf of renovated space in less than 14 months. b
