Sheridan Tours Continued Tour of The Hall House T his tour was sched- uled for Friday morning before the Hallmark Building and The HUB on Smith, but it was cancelled due to the weath- er. It was rescheduled in early May, and hosted by Dan Stalker, AIA along with the owners Dick and Claudia Hall. The Hall House was con- structed along the shores of Lake DeSmet over seven years ago. The house was designed for a recently retired couple to enjoy the lake and the distant views, bask in the solitude of the lake and most importantly, to celebrate their family. To capture all opportuni- ties, the Owners elected to position the home very close to the lake’s edge and provide views from every room. The house evolved to a three story home with an intimate roof top cupola which captures views of the lake, of Black Tooth Mountain and Cloud Peak. The four Bedroom 5 1/2 Bath home features an open floor plan, spacious volumes, warm and vibrant interior finishes as well state of the art comfort systems. The Owners also requested a very large garage with enough room to store a full size recre- ational vehicle. The 6,500 s.f. home is large enough to comfortably entertain large gatherings but intimate enough to relax in each other’s company. b
